Le troisième maillot du Werder Bremen 24/25 présente une couleur de base noire avec des détails colorés et un effet de dégradé de couleurs. Le maillot est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau jacquard mat/brillant spécial, ce qui lui confère un aspect unique. Il a des manches courtes, des chevrons sur les épaules et le logo du club ainsi que le logo Hummel sur la poitrine. Un motif SVW est embossé sur les panneaux latéraux, tandis que le texte "LEBENSLANG GRÜN - WEISS" est imprimé à l'arrière du cou.
